A wonderful environmental organization that hosts "work parties" a couple times a month.  Usually the Society does clean up along the San Diego River near Sea World and around Mission Bay.  Check out their site... and help the environment.

Students under 18 must have a permission form signed - and the parent must bring the student to the first work party for verification... after that the student can attend alone.

The Friends of Famosa Slough hold regular work parties every second Saturday of odd numbered months.

Needed for any beach cleanups, SD Audubon Society work, Famosa Slough, Chollas Lake, etc.  Print and have your parents sign this form and bring it with you to the event you are working for.

The Barnes Tennis Center is always in need of volunteers for student after school programs, special events and their regular volunteer duties.  If you love tennis or the outdoors - check out ther volunteer website for information.
