Enrollment procedure for 2020-2021 school year

We would like to welcome you and your student to Point Loma HIgh School and we hope to make the online enrollment process as simple as possible. 
 
Step 1
All parents/guardians must first establish residency by contacting our Enrollment Department. Please email Bertha Almeida balmeida@sandi.net or Lily Serrano lserrano2@sandi.net
 
Step 2 (for incoming 9th graders)

Please follow the link below to start the enrollment process and then email the following documents listed below to: Lizbeth Gutierrez lgutierrez2@sandi.net

  • Proof of residency: must provide current documentation of residency which may include but is not limited to one or a combination of the following: utility bill (SDG& E or cable/internet); rental or lease agreement; rental or lease payment receipts; mortgage documents; military housing orders. Enrolling parent/guardian’s name must be present on the documentation.
  • Immunization Record (obtain a record from previous school or family doctor)
  • Birth Certificate 
  • Home Language Survey (for families new to San Diego Unified) 
  • Health Form (see below)
  • IEP or 504 plan, if applicable

Once enrollment is complete, you will receive the following documents from Point Loma High School:
