Enrollment procedure for 2022-2023 school year

We would like to welcome you and your student to Point Loma High School and we hope to make the online enrollment process as simple as possible. 
 
***We have five new-student enrollment dates that are by APPOINTMENT ONLY: 
June 27th & 28th, July 11th & 12th and August 11th.
All days are from 8am to 2pm in the Main Office, off Chatsworth Blvd.

Step 1
All parents/guardians must first establish residency by contacting our Enrollment Department. Please email Esther Rodriguez [email protected] or Irma C. Marshall [email protected]
 
Step 2 (for incoming 9th graders)

Please follow the link below to start the enrollment process and then email the following documents listed below to: Irma C. Marshall [email protected]

  • General enrollment information
  • Enrollment Form:  English  |  Spanish
  • Universal Form: English  |  Spanish
  • Proof of residency: must provide current documentation of residency which may include but is not limited to one or a combination of the following: utility bill (SDG& E or cable/internet); rental or lease agreement; rental or lease payment receipts; mortgage documents; military housing orders. Enrolling parent/guardian’s name must be present on the documentation.
  • Immunization Record in English and Spanish (obtain a record from previous school or family doctor) 
  • Birth Certificate 
  • Home Language Survey (for families new to San Diego Unified) 
  • Health Information Exchange  English | Spanish 
  • IEP or 504 plan, if applicable
  • All Transcripts/Report Cards from Middle School

Once enrollment is complete, you will receive the following information from Point Loma High School:
