The 2025 Winter Issue of the student newspaper, The Pointer Press, has arrived. Additionally, the first issue of the new Point Loma High School Literary Magazine is also out - check out student creative writing, poetry, photography and art.

Mrs. Cooper needs all those novels from this semester and previous years. We need the copies to issue to other students. Don't forget Gov/Econ classes need to exchange books this week.

Have you thought about being in ASB next year? If so, you'll need to fill out this application - this is required EVEN IF you indicated ASB as a choice during articulation. Please let me know - [email protected], or come to room 405 - if you have any questions.

Students: clear your absences and tardies. Attending 1 one-hour tutoring session or 1 one-hour detention will clear 4 tardies. Attending 4 one-hour tutoring sessions or 1 four-hour Core Academy will clear 6 period absences. The next Core Academy will be this Saturday from 8am until noon. Detention starts at 2:45 on Mondays in the Library. Tutoring happens every morning at 7:30am in the Library and Tue-Th after school 3:40-4:40 in the Library.
