there's a lot of history here at Point Loma High School over 90 years of it that's not the same point loma's iCampus out of Step In fact it paves a way we often say that Long Point Loma High School is rich in Tradition it leads in innovation in fact last year's graduating class received several million dollars in scholarship and financial aid packages graduating seniors also received hundreds of college credits while taking college classes on site Point Loma High is also very proud to work with a very supportive alumni community and parent organization are school also offers Real World Learning opportunities through numerous job internships job shadows and business conferences in the last 2 years Point Loma High has taken on several major Innovations including a new music center a new engineering pathway a state-of-the-art 3.5 million dollar film a music studio bar amazing film program brand new athletic field with a training facility complete with Stadium lighting for a championship teams go pointers however The Best is Yet to Come As Point Loma is in the middle of our whole site the biggest renovation this school has seen in the spring of 2021 Point Loma or have a beautiful state-of-the-art Library learning Commons at 20 brand new classrooms other buildings will continue to be as well as new Athletic Facility upgrades Point Loma Heights counseling office works with students and parents to find the right mattress students and universities are campus continues to add to a computer neurology resources teachers capitalized using digital classrooms and consistently develop lessons to prepare all students for 21st century job skills leadership teams professional learning communities and numerous workshops keep the staff up-to-date on the Trent and the educational field and help us moderate student achievement another positive future a quaint little high school is a staff really enjoys teaching at Point Loma our faculty is full of dedicated community members with Advanced degrees and real work experience given the opportunity I think you'll find Point Loma hats thing for everyone so who do you want to be
