On an evening reminiscent of a Midwestern football game rather than a Southern California game our guys hung in there and BEAT Saints 25 to 21!! YEA! What a game! Now we head to the Q for our third straight championship game! WAY TO GO - Congratulations Coach Hastings and all the players! A huge thank you also goes to the loyal fans, cheerleaders & dog pound for hanging in there - although drenched - to cheer our guys onto victory! See you at the Q.

Coach Hastings has rescheduled the November 12 parent meeting to November 27, 7:00 PM, in the PAC.

All CIF activities will resume on Tuesday, October 30th if all evacuation orders are lifted and schools in evacuated areas are opened. Please read entire annoucement from CIFSD...

The guys once again came out of league play with a 13-6 victory over LJCD on Thursday. Varsity is now 3-0 in league, 6-3 overall. Way to go H2O Polo!

The H2O guys are 2-0 in league play with their Tuesday night 11-6 win vs. Mission Bay - next game Thursday, 9/27 5:30 vs La Jolla Country Day at Tierrasanta Pool.

JV BOYS WATER POLO TEAM DEFEATS WEST HILLS TO WIN THE COWBOY TOURNAMENT.

The Pointer sailing team has completed their season with winning 4th place at the Mallory National Championship in Detroit, MI. When competing for the Baker National Team Racing championship in Martha's Vineyard, MA., the weather and structure of the finals only allowed them to have the best finish of a 3rd place. Only the top 12 teams out of 350 in the US. were able to qualify for both of these events. Congratulations sailors!

Congratulations to Point Loma Seniors Kevin Yaekel and TJ Kamfonik for being chosen to play in the 16th annual Alex Spanos ALL-STAR football classic on Friday July 14th at San Diego Mesa College.
