Help Accessing Edgenuity: If you are using Edgenuity AND you are experiencing problems within that software, FOLLOW THESE STEPS.
Make sure you are using updated Chrome Browser.You also must have updated Adobe Flash Player on their computers to see those interactive activities, or they will continue to have problems. Students who use Macs always tend to have more problems than students who use PCs or Chromebooks. If you are using your own personal computer, stop andmake arrangements to pick up a school Chromebook. If you still have problems. You can refresh your browsers.
1: Close all tabs
2: click three dots in top right corner
3: click more tools
4: click clear browsing data
5: before clicking clear data, change the setting from last hour to all time
6: clear data
7: close tab
8: click the bottom left corner of the screen with the time
9: push "shut down" symbol right next to sign out
10: after it goes black screen, turn it back on
11: log in
12: go to Edgenuity and check to see if it works
