Congratulations to PLHS Men's Beach Volleyball
PLHS men's beach volleyball has concluded the first annual San Diego County Men's High School Beach Volleyball Season.
This was an exciting season for players and coaches to see how we can make this a CIF sanction sport in the future. Coach David Jones from La Jolla HS took the lead in implementing the format and recruiting several San Diego County High Schools to participate.
This years Pointer team participates were,
Travis Doyle Senior
Paul Hause Senior
Ryan Hause Senior
Angle Flores Senior
Teashon Green Junior
John Hook Junior
Jaret Larocco Sophomore
Robert Thompson Sophomore
Nick Stepanof Freshman
All players were given the chance to play each week in dual matches with each High School from the south county league. With weekly practices and matches this has improved each of their volleyball skills to carry over to our indoor season starting in February.
I am proud of the this year's team of young men who improved over the 9 week season. Next year we look to have even more participation.
