Greetings, Parents, Guardians, and all Stakeholders of PLHS JROTC.

 

We are coming up to the end of this grading period, leaving us with just one left for the year.  Before that period begins, we will be going to spring break, which begins at the end of school this Friday, March 27th.

 

JROTC has a whole week of activities scheduled for those cadets who have signed up.

 

Monday - Maritime Museum of San Diego:  Depart PLHS at 0930.

Tuesday - Nixon Library & OC Ropes Course:  Depart 0800.

Wednesday - USS IOWA overnighter:  Depart 1330.

Thursday - USS IOWA group resumes museum tour, return on/about 1500.

Friday - Unit Picnic at Mission Bay:  Open to all Cadets / 1000 - 1500.

 

Packing lists and suggested clothing were provided to participating Cadets, but I have included them here:  USS IOWA and OC Ropes Course.

 

The picnic invites all families and guests of Cadets to join the fun to see firsthand the unit bond and camaraderie.  This will be a potluck affair, and a link to sign up is here:  Potluck sign-up
