Now that CAHSEE testing sessions are over, we are back to our regular schedule.  Quiz #1 for Ch. 8 "Pythagorean Theorem" was passed back and students corrected it in class on Thursday... Friday will be Quiz #2 for Ch. 8 (a 3 problem performance assessment).  Homework due on Friday is the "Word Problems with Pythagorean" & "Special Right Triangles'  Worksheet (both sides).  On Friday after the quiz, we begin "TRIGONOMETRY".... Click on each of the five attachments at the bottom and read them. You are strongly encouraged to download/print a copy of the GEOMETRY SYLLABUS 2012-13, and fill out the second page to return to me. This will be a requirement of all students during the first couple weeks of school, but those who download their own copy of it and submit it early will be rewarded with extra points.
Also, download/print a copy of the PEARSON SUCCESS NET ENROLL FORM so that you have directions for using your Geometry Textbook and supportive Tutoring Videos and other resources on-line. When you receive your actual textbook this week, please take it home and leave it there for doing homework. There will be a class set of textbooks to use in school.
