In Class:
Study for AP Exam - Bring
Duiker, Cracking AP, Voc Flash Cards, practice AP flash cards, and your own questions.  This will be a collaborative effort.

Homework:
  • No Cramming! Study time is over.  You won't remember it and you will just tire out your brain cells.
  • Get some vigorous exercise.
  • Eat a reasonable dinner and a breakfast with protein.
  • Bring a protein snack.
  • Turn your cell phone, computer, and television off and go to bed no later than 10 pm!  NO, I'M NOT KIDDING!  Your brain cells need down time before you ask great and wonderful thoughts of them.
  • Set your alarm for 15 minutes earlier than you usually get up.  Give yourself time to get ready for school without undo stress and hurry.
  • Think positive thoughts!  Your chances of scoring higher increase through the power  of positive thinking (and the hormones that are released as a result).
