The following document contains brainstorming questions you can download and use. They are questions you should ask and answer before beginning your project work. You may add this to your portfolio.

• Completed Animal Farm Notebook (character profiles, journals, class notes, Book Review)
• Book Club Book Report (at least 2 pages on the 3 connections to the novel - historical, U.S. and world)
• A 3 minute presentation discussing or revealing what your Book Club learned by reading Animal Farm

Hot Words # 17 - # 20 for this week. Download and record in your notebook for a head start or wait for a word a day in class. Quiz #3 will be on Friday, March 30th.

Hot Words Quiz #2 TOMORROW. It could cover all 16 vocabulary words. I will give you definitions and you will give me the correct word. Spelling will count.

Lifelong Notebooks are also due tomorrow. They will be left with me for grading.

Our next class competition will take place this week. (On Thursday for period 5, and on Friday for periods 1 and 2.) In order to prepare, check out the attached powerpoint. It outlines our new format and rules of play as well as gives you possible areas of study. Remember that whoever wins gets to "rule" the class. See me with questions.

Attached below are the notes from today's Propaganda Powerpoint and today's Hot Word. Also included (on the last slide of the powerpoint) is the homework assignment DUE TOMORROW. The Word Document has all the Group Scenarios we reviewed.

You must have a Real World example of one type of propaganda. Put the example and your explanation in Section 3 Journals of your Animal Farm Notebook.
