AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY (Period 3) Assignments

 

WHAT IS AP HUMAN GEOGRAPHY?

During this 9 weeks Quarter 1 AP Human Geography course students relate, compare and contrast, moral and ethical principles of current event issues to help explore and better understand the WHERE? and WHY? of human activities across the Earth's surface. Focus will be on Unit 1: Geography Its Nature and Perspectives, Resource Issues (chapters 1 & 14),
Unit 2: Population and Migration (chapters 2 & 3), Unit 3: Cultural Patterns and Processes (chapters 4, 5, 6) in James M. Rubenstein The Cultural Landscape An Introduction to Human Geography.
