Request a Transcript or Education Verification
- Your name while attending PLHS
- Year you graduated
- Email address where transcript should be sent
- Phone number where you can be reached
- Who is the transcript for: ie, School, Job?
- Copy of your photo ID that includes your Date of Birth
Please allow up to 5 days for processing.
Please see the attached report. If you have an “unknown” next to your name you will need to go back into Naviance and complete the steps.
YOU must follow steps 1, 2 and 3 below in that order:
- Log into Clever.com
- Click Active Directory
- Log in using school id/password as you would on the computers at school
- Click green Naviance button and now you are in Naviance:
- On the home page click on “Colleges I am applying to”
- Click the big pink plus sign
- Under "Which college are you applying to" search out the college and click on it.
- How are you submitting your application Common App, or Direct pick one. If you chose common app you would have had to match your account on the first screen the big pink box gives you directions
- Click on the “I’ve submitted my application”
- Select the school
- Under transcript request click Initial and Midyear
- If you have already requested initial/Midyear transcripts move on to step 2
- On the home page click “colleges I am applying to”
- Click on the request transcript button
- Click Final Transcript.
- Use the drop down and select the college you want your transcript to be sent to.
- Request and Finish
- IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO THIS YOU HAVE ALREADY REQUESTED A FINAL BUT STILL MUST DO STEP 3 TO FINISH THE REQUEST
- On the same page you are on scroll down to the section where it says” college I am attending.
- Select the college you will be attending and finish up.
MRS. BLAKE WILL UPDATE THE REPORT A FEW TIMES A WEEK SO KEEP CHECKING BACK ONCE YOU COMPLETE THE ABOVE STEPS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE CONTACT [email protected]
