    2.  Posted below you will find the Poetry Notebook Set-up powerpoint.  Follow it or ask a classmate for help in setting yours up.  Pd. 1's notebook set-up starts with Poetry Rules and then Heartmaps.  Pds. 2 and 3 start with heartmaps and then Poetry Rules. 
     
    3.  There is a Reflection on the powerpoint that needs to be 2-3 paragraphs long.  Answer the questions and place them in your Poetry Notebook.  Don't worry about the entry number, but please date your work. 
     
    4.  Download and print the "Analyzing Poetry" worksheet and the "46 Kinds of Poetry" worksheet.  Read them and put them as entries in your Poetry Notebook.
     
    5.  During class on Tuesday, I expect you to write lots of poetry.  I will ask some of you to share your work in front of the class, but all of you will share in small groups.  The more poetry you write, the better!
     
    I will post on the homework website tomorrow afternoon, so please check it before you come to class on Wednesday.  Thanks again for working hard in class tomorrow. I expect a great report from the sub.
