Depart Point Loma High School at 2:15pm. The first race is at 4:00pm. The last race begins at 6:55pm.

* 4pm 9th girls 1.55 miles
* 4:25 9th boys 1.55 miles
* 4:50 10th girls 1.55 miles
* 5:15 10th boys 2.33 miles (may shorten to 1.55 if temp is over 100)
* 5:40 11th girls 1.55 miles
* 6:05 11th boys 2.33 miles (may shorten to 2+ if over 100)
* 6:30 12th girls 1.55 miles
* 6:55 12 boys 2.33 miles (may shorten to 2+ if over 100)

The course is a little different than we have run before...like last years league final course. Lots of grass, the hill loop has been eliminated. We will try to have some water spraying on the course. Make sure you talk to your athletes about adjusting their race plans to deal with the heat

Packets - Pick them up at the table near the finish line….right in front of the library - We will have lots of Pins and labels- 8 maps for each team - Course starts and finishes on the grass area in the center of campus.
Team camps - It will be hot….anywhere you can find shade on the main campus…..just stay off of the course.

* Please leave backing on the labels.
* Print last name and school on label
* Peel back one corner on label (for easier removal after race)
* Pin labels to right shoulder of singlet
Bathrooms - Will be open in the World Language building
Water - in front of Admin building, World language. We are not selling water or sports drink this year… the snow cone guys will be there.
Results
* We will tape them up in the amphitheater area, as soon as we can after the race.
* I will post pdf images of the results boards online sometime on Saturday.
Medals
Will be handed out at the end of the finish chute.
Clean up....
* If you could clean up your team area after the race it would be greatly appreciated.
* Bathrooms on campus are open. If you could ask the athletes not to destroy them that would be great. (This was a problem last time we ran on the main campus)
